We are looking for team players with well developed interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, great attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties, and adapt and function proficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Our team members provide advanced hardware and software support to our clients which include application installation, Level 2 troubleshooting, documenting and prioritizing trouble tickets and technical issues. Ideally you possess a post secondary education (or an equivalent combination of training and experience) with a minimum of 2 years working in a help desk environment or in a computer/technical support role which involved resolution of escalated technical issues related to computer functionality, connectivity, software and hardware. You have strong computer skills with demonstrated hands on work experience, and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft OS platform.

POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing for managing and maintaining our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and for providing HR generalist administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining/improving data integrity and analysis. This role would act as an integral part of the HR team, supporting members of the team as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HRMS
. Administer and/or maintain the HRMS application and ensure data integrity.
. Co-ordinate the development, maintenance of standardized reports and the creation of Ad Hoc reports for management.
. Implement and maintain monthly maintenance schedule for the HRMS.
. With the assistance of key stakeholders, maintain all HR systems documentation such as:
Training material
SOP's
Portal documentation
Technical documentation
. On an ongoing basis develop and maintain a training schedule for new HR/ Payroll hires.
. Work in partnership with HR team and IS to maintain system security and related policies, procedures and documentation.
. Provide support to resolve helpdesk or technical issues associated with the HRMS.
. Provide effective communications to all regional HRMS users regarding any changes made to the system.
. Participate as a key player in the development, testing and implementation of future system upgrades or new modules.
. Create and execute application-testing strategies to satisfy user acceptance.
General HR Administration
. Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, files and reports pertaining to human resources activities.
. Gather data and prepare monthly HR metrics reports.
. Source and analyze relevant market data on a regular basis.
. Manage organization and storage of employee files.
. Assist in pension and benefit enrollment and re-enrollment process.
. All other HR administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILSS AND ATTRIBUTES
. Minimum of a college diploma in Human Resources and/or Information Systems, or related area of study.
. 3 - 5 years experience within the Human Resource and Information Services experience field would be an asset.
. Knowledge and/or insight into general HR practices.
. Previous experience working directly with an HRMS, including implementation.
. Superior computer skills, particularly with HRMS and MS Office (Excel and Word).
. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
. Experience developing and implementing related training programs.
. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong customer focus, and a keen eye for detail.
. Effective team player who possesses the ability to influence change.
. Bilingual (English, French) would be a definite asset

The ideal candidate must have:
8+ years Software Development experience with 4+ years of J2EE development
The ability to create and deliver technical visions
Experience with SOA and a commercial SOA platform
Experience integrating legacy systems with modern J2EE applications
